The HR strategy links up with the corporate AVEBE strategy. In our HR strategy the employees in the organisation are central, because our people develop, produce and sell the products.

“It’s all about people, they create the value” provides the focus for our social policy, i.e. finding opportunities - opportunities for the right person to be in the right place. Therefore we want our people to be more involved with their own prospects - all in the knowledge that people bring AVEBE to the top.

The focus is also on responsibility by judging managers and employees on their results. This cannot be done without proper policies and measurable targets. Part of this means that we are looking for a different attitude - ‘walk the way you talk‘ or rather do what you say and say what you do. Our core values - courage, resourcefulness and efficiency - play a major role.
