GMO

All potatoes used in the production of food starches are of non-GMO origin.

Food Intolerance

Allergic reactions to food are primairly induced by proteins or compounds that may interact with proteins. AVEBE's potato starches are regarded as safe and non-allergenic. This is due to the low allergenic potential of potato proteins.
