Avebe nominated for Most Novel Protein Ingredient Award at Bridge2Food 2018 Protein Summit

Avebe is one of the finalists of the Bridge2Food Protein Awards 2018!

We are proud that our Perfectasol D520 texture solution for plant based pizza topping is nominated in the category Most Novel Protein Ingredient; new protein ingredients that are truly innovative and offer measurable benefits for manufacturers and consumers.

The winners will be announced at the 11th Protein Summit 2018 on 24-26 October, the world’s largest protein platform that brings together more than 450 protein experts.
