At this well-attended conference, with many speakers about the food protein market and applications, we will present protein-fortified snacks and crackers with Solanic®100 potato protein, and clean-label hot dogs with Solanic®100T potato protein. Also available for tasting are gelatin-free foamed candies and vegan cream cheese using Perfectasol® texture solutions, based on potato starch and potato protein.
