Roelof van Wijk Plant Manager of the Year finalist

01 Jun 2017
We are proud that our Foxhol Site Director, Roelof van Wijk, has been nominated for Plant Manager of the year!

Together with his team, Roelof put our Foxhol site back on the map even after it had been up for closure. He is proud of the progress that has been achieved over the past years, particularly in terms of safety, productivity and the connection with employees and neighbours.

The other finalists are Henk Veldink, Pernis Site Manager of Hexion, and Emre Kaya, Site Director of Organik Kimya Netherlands.

An expert jury will assess the finalists on their social commitment, leadership and communicative skills. The public may also vote for the finalists.

On the 8th of June, the Plant Manager of the Year will be announced at the Delta vision conference.
