Successful participation at FiE 2017

Europe’s biggest ingredients fair, FiE (Food ingredients Europe), was held from 28 to 30 November. For a few days, Frankfurt was the playing field of the food industry. Avebe took part with a large stand at which colleagues from Marketing and Innovations presented our latest food innovations, ranging from dairy-free yoghurt to potato protein as a meat substitute. Colleagues from Sales enthusiastically presented these and other solutions to prospective new customers.

Important trends include the importance of the nutritional value of products, the flavour, preferably as pure as possible without all sorts of E-numbers; convenience products that the busy consumer can use to compile a balanced diet.

All in all it was a successful trade fair, during which we welcomed over 350 visitors in 3 days!
