Europe’s largest ingredients fair, Food ingredients Europe (FiE), was held from 3-5 December in Paris, France.
Avebe presented its latest texture solutions for plant-based dairy, confectionery, meat alternatives and clean label solutions for a wide range of dairy applications. Also, we celebrated our centenary and Royal status with partners and customers on Tuesday evening.
At the exhibition, visitors could discover the great possibilities and versatility of Avebe products during the live “Avebe throughout the day” cooking sessions. Three times a day our chef prepared and showed innovative concepts that visitors could taste on the spot. Concepts that addressed current trends like plant-based and clean label.
All in all, we look back on a successful exhibition with many enthusiastic visitors. Thank you to everyone who visited us at Fi Europe 2019!
