The challenge: delicious microwavable risotto

In response to growing consumer demand for convenient, but nevertheless  ‘home-made’ and healthy ready meals, we have developed a delicious microwavable risotto with our product Eliane™, a waxy potato starch. This product helps food manufacturers to overcome the challenge and meet consumer demand in several applications such as ready meals, soups, sauces and dressings.
