Avebe is participating in The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Virtual Food Expo from 13-15 July 2020.

At the virtual IFT we will showcase our latest innovations for the North American market. These include a new clean label texturizer for traditional dairy, a new clean label texturizer for plant-based diary alternatives, a new ingredient for high quality gelatin free confections and new concepts for clean label meats.

Avebe is the worlds’ largest producer of functional, healthy, nutritious, and environmentally-friendly ingredients based on starch potatoes. Avebe’s innovative concepts have been designed to meet current consumer needs without compromising on texture or  taste.

IFT’s Annual Event and Food Expo is the largest international food and technology fair in the world with over 20,000 participants.
