Wine clarification

When you need to clarify your wines, the EU labelling regulations require proteins from e.g. chicken egg and milk to be declared as an allergen on the wine bottle label. We offer you a solution for clarifying wine which is ‘free from’ allergen labelling.

Potato protein for wine clarification

Our solution is the specially developed Solanic® potato proteins. These proteins are vegetal, highly soluble and very pure. They work well as wine fining agents, but do not require allergen labelling.
